the portable feature isn't working anymore on Windows 10 professional version 1903.
Although the portable feature is activated in tmemutil.ini, a new profile in the "normal" %user%-path is created. I temporarily managed to get my old profile working by copying the data from the portable to the "new" profile, but this kinda defeats the purpose of a portable profile?

The latest Windows update "somehow" fixed this issue.
So please don't further investigate, seems to be a false alert.
