    I've installed 2005 – 2017 MSvc++ x86 redistributables, but still get the error.

    Hello Kirk, I have built my custom build of Firefox 65.0.1 using Visual Studio 2017 version 15.9.6 and LLVM 9.0.0 snapshot build (r351376).
